Fen Farm

Fen Farm is a Grade II listed traditional thatched Norfolk farm house that has had many modifications over its life, not all sympathetic. The renovation project included stripping off old cement render and replacing it with a breathable lime render. Repairs to the oak frame, plinths and foundations used a mixture of modern materials and traditional techniques.
James Griffiths provided engineering design and support throughout the project, finding solutions to the various structural problems uncovered as the building work progressed.
